◈ 직무 개요
* Plan and Support Activities:
- Plan and support repair and maintenance activities for assigned stores.
- Act as the first responder to store repair and maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests, whether scheduled or ad-hoc, from stores.
* Spending and Budgeting:
- Prepare spending documentation on a monthly basis.
- Support the Store Project Manager with spending, budgeting, forecasting, tendering, planning, and follow-up of store projects and minor works.
- Monitor regular repair, maintenance, and special cleaning spending to ensure alignment with the budget.
* Site Visits and Compliance:
- Conduct regular visits to stores and company facilities to ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and security policies.
- Supervise maintenance work to ensure compliance with company standards, local government regulations, environmental, health, and safety requirements, and legislation.
* Vendor Coordination and Negotiation:
- Coordinate with vendors to provide a wide range of facilities-related services.
- Demonstrate good negotiation skills, especially when dealing with outside parties such as vendors and suppliers, to ensure the best position for the company.
◈ 경력 요건
- Degree holder in Interior design or architecture preferred
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Effective planning and coordination skills
- Communication skill with different stake holders
- Business level of English is a must
