    ◈ 직무 개요
    - Develop and implement global retail excellence initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance.
    - Communicate retail KPIs, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across all stores.
    - Collaborate with Retail Management and Retail Learning & Development function to enhance the capabilities of retail teams.
    - Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the retail environment.
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, communication, etc. to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives.
    - Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
    - Collaborate with colleagues within the Retail Excellence & Operations Team to align on strategic priorities and drive operational excellence in the market.

    ◈ 경력 요건
    - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    - 10+ years of experience in retail excellence, retail management, or any relevant
    - Extensive knowledge of luxury retail industry trends and best practices.
    - Fluent English both verbal and written

2. 의뢰에 따른 인재발굴, 후보자 컨택(ColdCall, CareCall 등), 사전면접, 평가 및 관리
3. 핵심인재 파이프라인 구축
4. 추천서 작성

1. 인재채용 및 인사 업무 관련해서 관심이 많은 분
2. 서치펌 경력이 있거나 기업 인사팀에서 경력이 있으신분
3. 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
4. 탁월한 데이터 분석 능력을 가지고 인사이트를 도출하실 수 있는 분
5. 영어 및 제2외국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분이라면 우대
6. 신입 : 현업 경력 5년 이상 / 경력 : 헤드헌팅 업무 1년 이상

근무 조건은?
1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
