    ◈ 직무 개요
    - Establish a technology roadmap for research and development of air-conditioning motors of the Japan-Korea system and take charge of the
    technological competitiveness of the product.
    - Collect actual measurement data of Japanese and Korean customers, identify changes in plans for customers and market competitors through regular customer visits, and adjust the company's technical roadmap accordingly.
    - Provide technical guidance and support for technical problem solving projects related to the manufacturing technology of motors for air-conditioning
    of the Japan-Korea system.
    - Responsible for the education and development of the motor development team and providing regular and irregular technical guidance.

    ◈ 경력 요건
    - A person who is a leading human resource in the industry and has more experience than a manager in a well-known Korean-Japanese company and has a high reputation and influence in the industry (regardless of nationality), but only a technology development expert equivalent to a manager's position is considered.
    - Those who have a bachelor's degree or higher and have more than 20 years of experience in research and development in the air-conditioning or motor industry.
    - Those who are familiar with the theories and related technologies related to the product design and manufacturing techniques of air-conditioning motors.
    - Those who are familiar with motor evaluation systems such as air conditioning systems, motors, noise, and electricity erosion.
    - Those who are familiar with technology trends in the industry, have the ability to plan technologies and products, and promote technological innovation.

2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
