◈ 직무 개요
- Build customer loyalty and maintain existing client base.
- Develop the portfolio with each of verticals and routes development.
- Follow up company's long-term key Accounts.
- Targeting new customers.
- Recruit, train, coach & lead the Business Development Team.
- Organize and coordinate network tenders for local development.
- Manage local competition and reputation within market, and focus on key verticals driven by HQ
- Organize a sales campaign under driven by HQ.
- Organize an event such as exhibition, workshop, seminar, training
- Organize all different types of visitors
◈ 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree
- - Relevant experience : +15 years of experience of sales in freight forwarding
- - Fluent verbal and written English skill
- - Strong communication skills and ability across all levels of the organization
- - Proven experience for team management
- - Analytical and problem-solving skill
