    ◈ 직무 개요
    1. Client Service Center business operation
    1. - CS Center management: service level and process improvement
    2. - Client service planning in align with Central projects, KPI, budget and digital CRM
    3. - Set key strategies and initiatives to provide excellent client service
    4. - CS Sales enhancement by customer tiers product categories
    5. - Manage sales turnover, quality and productivity on daily / weekly / monthly / yearly basis
    6. - Develop monthly promotions and right incentive plans to motivate client advisors
    2. Project Management
    1. - Overall company related, enhancement on CS system
    2. - Client service projects implementation  (Clienteling Solution, Digital Client Personal Advisor Program, Live Streaming Service, etc.)
    3. - Design and shape the next CS organization for digital client development
    3. People Management
    1. - Drive CS managerial meetings and training 
    2. - CS Team manager's performance monitoring, Onsite coaching and mentoring people to develop competency and skills
    3. - Improve CS advisor's service to next level and manage complaints handling
    4. - HC management: Budget HC, rostering based on seasonal or product launching and hiring right staffs, training

    ◈ 경력 요건
    1. - University graduate with Bachelor's degree minimum
    2. - Minimum 10 years of experience in management position of retail business or Luxury business or in Call Center
    3. - CS Project management skills
    4. - Language: Business fluency in both Korean and English

2. 서치펌 경력이 있거나 기업 인사팀에서 경력이 있으신분
3. 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
4. 탁월한 데이터 분석 능력을 가지고 인사이트를 도출하실 수 있는 분
5. 영어 및 제2외국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분이라면 우대
6. 신입 : 현업 경력 5년 이상 / 경력 : 헤드헌팅 업무 1년 이상

근무 조건은?
1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
