    ◈ 직무 개요
    - Safety/reliability evaluation technology of lithium-ion batteries: Reviewing safety and reliability evaluation methods and standards, and establishing technical standards to identify high-quality batteries.
    - Non-destructive inspection technology of lithium-ion batteries, life prediction technology: To establish a method for detecting an initial defective battery due to non-destructive battery and its standards, and to develop a technology for detecting a battery that may become defective in the future.
    - Resolution of quality problems of lithium-ion batteries: Resolution of quality problems caused by defective processing during battery manufacturing and batteries occurring in the marketplace
    -1~3 Establishment of battery performance, experience in deterioration analysis work, and simulation technology (electro-chemical simulation, stress simulation) necessary for performance of work

    ◈ 경력 요건
    [Required (Must)]
    - Those who have expertise in electro-chemistry/electrical/electronic engineering/physical/metal materials and are qualified for a bachelor's degree or higher.
    - Experience in design development, trial production, performance and safety evaluation of lithium-ion batteries or battery packs at battery manufacturers and automakers.
    - Experience in quality improvement work using FMEA FTA DRBFM, etc
    - Experience from dealing with quality problems in the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process and investigating the cause of market quality defects to prevent recurrence.
    - Experience in battery simulation and programming (Battery simulation software experience Python or VBA coding experience for more than 2 years)
    - Those who can communicate in Chinese(Japanese) or English
    [Required (Preference)]
    - Knowledge of evaluation standards for lithium-ion batteries such as ISO JIS GB/T
    - Knowledge of lithium-ion battery manufacturing process and production technology (laser welding ultrasonic welding)
    - Knowledge of raw materials of lithium-ion batteries

근무 조건은?
1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
