  • 내용
    ◈ 직무 개요
    - To develop and implement state of the art supplier quality systems and also develop the necessary supplier quality policies and procedures.
    - Conduct presentations to communicate supplier quality policies, procedures and quality requirements to Eaton VG suppliers and employees.
    - To participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the supplier ranking system for VG.
    - Conduct quality audits (System and Process) and surveys at supplier’s facilities to determine whether the supplier production quality, quality systems and quality management systems are adequate.
    - To work closely with selected suppliers to assist in the development of their quality systems.
    - To assist selected suppliers in trouble shooting existing problems and complaints using quality tools such as Taguchi methods, VSM, Six Sigma, and Juran techniques.
    - Review and adjust supplier ratings on an as needed basis.
    - Provide purchasing with information necessary to assist in the supplier reduction plan, new programs and supplier issues.
    - Coordinate and standardize supplier quality activities among all Divisions of VG.
    - Report team and supplier performance to key metrics on a regular basis.
    - Lead the supplier APQP and part review process.
    - Complete supplier quality Image Rankings.
    - Lead Supplier ship-to-stock initiatives.
    - Team with other activities within VG and the business units to ensure the organization is aligned along the “power of one” approach to issues and solutions.
    - Coordinate the evaluation, documentation, segregation, notification, sorting and quick return of non-conforming purchased production material.
    - Develop and maintain documented procedures & work instructions for supplier quality based on IATF16949 requirements and customer specific requirements (if applicable)

    ◈ 경력 및 기타 요건
    - Report Line: Quality Manager
    - Supplier Quality Management 3 ~ 7년 유경험자
    - AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) 지식 및 평가 유경험자
    - 문제해결기법(8D methodology, A3 Problem solving) 지식 및 평가 유경험자
    - Casting, Sintering, Machining, H/Treatment 등 가공 공정에 대한 지식 및 제조공정 심사 유경험자
    - Supplier APQP & PPAP 평가 및 승인 유경험자
    - 협력업체 품질문제 개선 및 향상을 위해 적극적으로 업체를 리딩할 수 있는 성격 소유자
    - SQ 인증 심사자격, Six-Sigma Belt 소유, ASQ CQE 자격 소유자 (선호)
    - 기본적인 영어 의사소통 필요, 자동차 부품 제조업 경력

근무 조건은?
1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
