- Report of various HR report to Asia region
- - Responsible for coordination of Labor Management Council
- - Monthly payroll review in conjunction with local payroll outsourcing company and report to Senior finance director
- - Responsible for payroll budget/forecast and report to Senior finance director.
- - Responsible for input “Planful system “ & Ultipro system which is onboard & payroll forecast system.
- - Manages/conducts employee training and onboarding programs
- - Assures implementation/administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- - Works with Sr. FD to plan and implement programs to meet human resource requirements supporting short- and long-term business need.
- - Works with Sr. FD to assure proper evaluation & promotion of jobs for Managerial level.
- - Participates in the recruitment process, narrowing down candidates, and preparing documentation.
- - Helps develop and modify training programs.
- - Responsible for organize company and social events
- - Responsible for general affair and legal documents.
◈ 경력 요건
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- - 5 -8 years of work experience
- - Interpersonal skills
- - Strong English and Korean language skills
- - Oversee payroll procedures / Take part in compensation surveys
- - Lead succession planning and salary reviews
- - Assist with hiring new employees
- - Ensure HR policies are updated according to local regulations
- - Bachelor’s degree or above
- - Professional experience with a global company
- - MS Office competency
- - Good attitude & positive mindset
