- Grow e-business: efficiently manage e-business channels in line with the brand’s positioning, and identify / develop e-business touchpoints with customers
- Develop e-commerce channel and portfolio strategies for the launch of new online stores
- Manage and align content across all e-business touch points to ensure the best digital customer experience, including e-merchandising, category groupings, site search filtering, and categorization- Work collaboratively with the support team (and other related teams) across the brand, customer service, planning, and logistics to ensure customer needs and to achieve all objectives
- Regularly review and report e-business KPI
- Operate the Kakao channel- Follow global and local e-business projects
- Design customers’ journey through digital market in the most efficient way
