- Maximize retail sales to grow market share, ranking and productivity of all counters by providing leadership and strategic direction including the counter in department store and Specialty channels
- Build relationship and negotiate with Retailers (Departmentstore, and other new channels) for proper brand exposure and contribution on Sales.
- Responsible for all operations in Sales
- University degree (Not must, preferred)
- At least 8 years in retail sales at cosmetic/FMCG industry
- Long-lasting and strong relationship with Retailer
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong team player capable of building and motivating teams
- Good verbal and written English communication
