    경력 요건
    - 12+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related HR field, including at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role
    - Proven track record of building and implementing learning strategies that strengthen capabilities and drive employee engagement
    - Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
    - Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
